Defending Daughters

This social justice project is one of my favorites as it stands for the protection of women around the world. This faux organization’s mission is to spread awareness about FGM.

FGM is a tough subject to talk about, so I developed a campaign that was sensitive, yet thought provoking.

The colors are derived from the African Iris. This is the flower which I have chosen to use in the logo and as main piece of imagery for this campaign due to its geographic origin an representation of femininity.
